Fiona is the Chef & Proprietor of a small Catering Company that specializes in beautiful and tasty presentation of seasonal, organic and local bounty. Fiona has years of experience in the traditions of canning, preserving and lacto fermentation.
Workshop will focus on different methods of fruit/ vegetable preparation for freezing and hot pack canning, steam juice grapes and expose the simple secret behind yogurt making.
Ingredients sourced from: Indian Line Farm, Farm Girl Farm, Pleroma Farm (in NY), Twin Oaks Farm
$65. per person, each participant will be taking with them 2 quart bags of processed veggies, 1 quart of yogurt, 1 pint of local grape juice
